Delivery Policy


We aim to deliver next working day on all tower orders, except GRP Fibreglass Towers, to most UK mainland locations received before 4:15pm any given weekday, delivery of ladders and GRP Towers is 3 - 5 working days and small items is 2 - 3 working days subject to stock availability. Note that this may not apply to all products so please check the individual product pages or contact us for a delivery estimate before placing an order.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the towers next working day delivery could be 2 working days and we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly due to late or non-delivery of any product or any part thereof.

You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier’s receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us immediately and no later than 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carrier and trace the missing items.

Please order in advance and do not book any work until you have received your order to avoid any possible unexpected delays with delivery which can sometimes be out of our control and ensure you have the complete tower ready for when you need it.

Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price with the exception that an additional charge for:

(1) Cornwall, London and Scotland (other) for a small surcharge;
(2) Scottish Highlands, Scottish Grampians, and Isle of Wight;
(3) Dublin, Northern Ireland , Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles and foreign countries.

Coronavirus updated delivery policy

. Due to Covid-19 delivery may take longer then normal.

. If a proof of delivery is required, wherever possible, our driver will place the items on the recipient’s doorstep/Goods Inwards area, ring or knock the door as appropriate and then, where safe to do so, retreat 2 metres away.

. Once the door is opened and/or the driver acknowledged, our driver will confirm and enter the recipient’s name and endorse with ‘CV’ (Coronavirus) in the signature field.

. The ‘CV’ endorsed signature will then be classed as a successfully completed contactless delivery.

. Recipients will still have the opportunity at point of delivery to highlight any damaged or missing item(s) and have this information noted against the proof of delivery (POD).

. The POD will be classed as a clear signature (even when signed ‘CV’) unless endorsed otherwise.
