Returns Policy

 

FAULTY GOODS

If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, you must stop any use of the product and contact us immediately, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in ‘as new’ condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and redelivery and the goods will need to be inspected beforehand.

 

UNWANTED GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm  and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents/made 

Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and ‘as new’ we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected prior to reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE we reserve the right to charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or £25, whichever is greater). If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packing is damaged we reserve the right to refuse any refund on the item.
